Grad. Student John Watson wins Outstanding Student Poster Award at MBE Conference

Physics Graduate student John Watson was recently awarded the Outstanding Student Poster Award at the North American Molecular Beam Epitaxy Conference, held Aug 14-17 in La Jolla, CA.  The prize consists of a plaque and a check for $500.  John's poster presentation was entitled "Exploration of the mobility limits in two-dimensional hole systems in C-doped (001) GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells."
