Demos: 7B-26 Young's Double Slit Apparatus

This model of Young's Double Slit apparatus is a scaled up version 20,000 times larger than Young's original apparatus.
Directions: Two wavelets move freely under the screen in which you can show upon their intersection at the screen constructive or destructive interference. You can also change the separation distance of the slits or change the phase angle of one of the wavelets to show how the interference pattern is affected.
