Conference lodging will be provided at the Holiday Inn Lafayette City Center, located in downtown Lafayette. We have reserved double occupancy rooms with two queen beds. We welcome room-mate requests on the registration form and will do our best to assign room-mates accordingly. If requests are not made, we will group students by school where possible. If the conference is over-subscribed we may have to host up to 4 students per room. Please indicate willingness to share your room with more than one person. In that case you are encouraged to bring a sleeping bag or mat if you do not wish to share a bed. You may reserve your own room at the Holiday Inn if you do not wish to share a room with anyone else, but you will be responsible for the full cost of the room.
