Corn Maze Trip
October, 2019
Writer(s): Abigail Kopec
We put our senses of direction to the test and wandered around the 18-acre corn maze at Exploration Acres on October 13th, 2019. It was especially remarkable because the maze was designed to the theme of ‘150 years of Giant Leaps’ to celebrate the sesquicentennial year of Purdue. Quite a few of us were able to reach every checkpoint in all four of the maze's subsections. We also enjoyed shaved ice and other concessions like corn dogs, elephant ears and kettle corn and a few of us even picked out pumpkins. It was an a-MAZE-ing trip on a perfect day and a perfect way to celebrate the Fall!
