Policies and other rules

This Administrative control adjusts the exposure of the employee by providing limits on what the employee is permitted to do. Examples of policies and rules would include:

1.  Signage, such as "Authorized Personnel Only".
2.  Requirements limiting the personnel allowed to be in a laboratory, such as no children allowed.
3.  Minimum training requirements before an employee may use a laboratory.
4.  Food or drinks prohibited in designated areas.
