Testing your certificate

Users can check their certificate by login to user inetrface at the Purdue Tier-2.

Initializing the VOMS proxy

User needs proxy for accessing the grid resources at the site.  You need to create the proxy with voms 'cms' extension which can be done in following way.

[jha2@hep ~]$ voms-proxy-init -voms cms -rfc -valid 192:00

Testing your registration in CMS VO

You can check whether your user certificate is registered in CMS VO by running the following command. If the command returns the "VO cms extension", then you are  properly registered in CMS VO.

Checking write permission to store/user folder in storage at the site
