Synthetic slings should be inspected daily before it is used.
A synthetic sling must be discarded in the event of any of the failures listed below. |

Melting or charring |

Broken stitches |
 |
| 9. |
Worn or damaged eye |
 |

Weld splatter |
 |

Missing or unreadable tag |
