  
The Purpose of this training is:

Provide employees with the knowledge to understand the hazards of the chemicals
they work with |

Provide a safer and healthier workplace for all employees |
| 3. |
Ensure regulatory compliance with the OSHA Laboratory standard
29 CFR 1910.1450 |
| 4. |
This compliance is accomplished by means of the Chemical Hygiene Plan, which must be implemented for each laboratory. |
