This poster was
presented at DePauw Physicians Alumni Weekend, October 1996 and
represents the work done by Chris Gottbrath and David Peaper over the
summer of 1996 at DePauw University under the guidance of Mary Kertzman
and Glenn Sembroski. The purpose of this poster is to give a basic
introduction to the field of gamma ray astronomy and specifically to
Monte Carlo simulations of gamma ray showers for use in ground based
astronomy.
