Everyone must have refresher training on the
CHP every year.

Since the new 2014 CHP came out this year, everyone
that works in any of the PRIME Lab areas designated
as a lab must do this.  This will include everyone
except Marsha.

First click on the PRIME Lab CHP button and read it.
Then, click on the PRIME Lab Standard Operating Procedures button
and read the ones that pertain to your work.


After you have read it, print out the certification located at:

fill in all the information, and sign and date it.
(You sign it not your supervisor)

Put the completed form in Ken Mueller's PRIME Lab mailbox and 
keep a copy for your records.
