To temporarily reactivate a piece of equipment, one must:
 

	1. Make sure everyone is clear of the equipment and that it is safe to operate.
	2. Remove Lockout/Tagout in order to re-energize equipment.
	3. Re-apply lockout/tagout as soon as possible.
