Basic Label Information



OSHA requires that the following information be included on ALL labels:
 
 

1.  The product name;
2.  A warning statement, message or symbol; and
3.  On commercial labels, manufacturers of hazardous materials must include their name and address, and all additional information required by the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).
