CONFINED SPACE ENTRY PERSONNEL

All confined space entry personnel must also have lockout/tagout training.

	Entry Supervisor
		The employee responsible for coordinating the entry into the confined space.
		This will usually be the Primary Authorized Employee for Lockout/Tagout purposes.
		The entry supervisor is responsible for making certain that all conditions for entry have been met.
	Responsible Person
		The person directly responsible for the work being performed in the confined space.
		This may also be the entry supervisor.
	Entrant
		The employee who will physically enter the confined space to perform the work.
		This may also be the entry supervisor or the responsible person.
