NEXT MEETING: Associated with AGU in San Francisco The workshop extends over two days (Dec 4 and 5), with each day being preceded by working dinners. The first day (dinner on Dec 3 and all day Dec 4) is mainly intended for participants in the proposal. The agenda will be to decide the content of the CRONUS proposal.  The day will consist mostly of quite technical debate regarding the merits of various approaches to refining the cosmogenic methods. The second day (dinner on Dec 3 and Dec 4) is targeted mainly toward the "user community" and has the goal of finding out what the needs are, and getting feedback on the proposal. The entire workshop is completely open, and all are welcome to attend either or both days. However, I want those mainly interested in contributing their views on Dec 4 to be aware that the discussion the preceding day will be highly focused and technical. You are not required to attend these discussions unless you want to! I hope you will use this advice to plan your schedule in the way that will be most effective for you. Best wishes, Fred Phillips
