| 6Feb07: This panel was light and fully PTA tested by Hengbao today after encapsulating the TBM. 2Feb07:ENCAPSULATED PANEL and PTA tested after encapsulation. The TBM was not encap as a wire bond had to be fixed. It has been fixed now. So we will quick test it to make sure it is OK. 31may07/ME: Panel was incorrectly marked as grade B. Changed to grade A- (1x5 ROC 0 has 28 bad bumps). |
