| Plaquette 1x5 bows up in one corner after repressing. (02-26-07) A drop of epoxy was applied. It bridges the plaquette to the HDI and the motion was minimized. The corner still shows a tiny gap but the gap cannot grow. (04-17-07) 19apr07/ME: 2x4 has IZM effect in ROCs 0 and 1, total 0.7% bad pixels. Grade as A-. |
