| THis panel had 2x4 plaquette misplaced and it was covering the HV pad on the HDI. The trace on HDI was dug into to wirebond. The panel had high leakage current see elog entries 1217, 1246, 1811 5apr07/ME: IV current over limit by factor of 3. 19apr07/ME: Upgraded to grade A2 The high leakage current is due to outer loop (plaquettes 2x5 and 2x4). 16july07/Martin/Ricardo |
