This targeted workshop is devoted specifically to close observer-theorists collaborations on the topics of (i) identifying possible astrophysical system that produce FRBs, (ii) discussion of propagation effects, (iii) radiation mechanisms. To discuss the recent results, current trends and future directions, we are planning to bring some of the most active researches working in this field together at McGill University, June 13-15 2017. In order to promote new ideas, a plenty of time will be reserved for questions, formal and informal discussions. All the oral talks will be only by invitation, but we plan to organize a poster session for contributed presentations.
