We present counting statistics measurements of a charge transferred through a voltage biased low transmission tunneling junction. We were able to extract first three cumulants of the transferred charge. The statistics of the charge transferred through such a junction is expected to be Poissonian, with spectral density of the $k$'th cumulant being equal to $e^{k-1}I$. We found the first three cumulants to be consistent with this expectation. We also present preliminary results on the first three cumulants measurements in a quantum point contact.
