Work of graphene synthesized on metal and transferred to insulators while maintaining high quality appeared on APL and VJNST

September, 15 2008 By: chen276

A collaboration between researchers from UH, RPI and Missouri and QMD showed that graphene segregated from metal surface can be transferred to insulators while maintaining high quality. This may offer a new route to synthesize large scale graphene-based electronic materials for device applications.
