· Shooting method for a square well
Use the shooting method to find the wave function for a particle in a potential well. Uses a search scheme to find ever more accurate values for the energy.
· Variational Monte Carlo method
Combines the variational principle with a Monte Carlo method to calculate the wave function of a particle in a Lennard-Jones potential well.
Time dependent wave packet propagation. This version considers a flat potential (V=0 everywhere), but can be modified to study a wave packet incident on a wall or a thin barrier.
