Infrared Nanostructured Devices The Malis Research Group

Summer 2014

Our lab hosted a high-school graduate, Arpitha Gadag, West Lafayette High-School, in the infrared spectroscopy lab in the summer of 2014. Arpitha performed experiments to perform infrared spectroscopy of gases. For this purpose, she designed and fabricated a gas cell. She also used a commercial infrared camera to take mid-infrared pictures to illustrat the impact of infrared radiation on every-day life.
