In the last decade, particle physics has made discoveries which allow us to make predictions with some confidence. I discuss expected results at the CERN Large Hadron Collider, which begins data taking in 2007, and examine how a high energy e+ e- collider can complete our exploration of the TeV energy scale. These results should lead us to an understanding of the source of particle masses.
