Applications from excellent domestic and international students are invited for PhD studies and research at the interface of biomolecular physics and bio-nanoscience. Students in our group can pursue either theoretical or computational research. Applicants with interest in computational-based research should have computer programming skills and a strong commitment to pursue PhD studies and research in biomolecular physics. Current research topics include:
PhD applicants should have finished the equivalent of a BS degree and should send (e-mail acceptable) the following: i) short CV, ii) two page statement clearly explaining their motivation and interest in computational biophysical research, iii) detailed description of computer programming skills, and iv) TOEFL and Physics GRE scores if available to:

Graduate students in our group are usually supported by a combination of teaching assistantships and research assistantships throughout their graduate studies.
