Overview 

CMS Tier-2 center at Purdue consists of two clusters: CMS and Steele, which are operated and maintained by ITaP. The CMS cluster is CMS dedicated cluster. Steele is a large community cluster.

      • 154 Dell 1950 nodes Dual Quad-core Intel Xeon E5410, 2.33 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 2 TB, (154 * 8 =1232 job slots)
    • Steele: 27 Dell 1950 nodes, Dual Quad-core Intel Xeon E5410, 2.33 GHz, 2 x 6MB Cache, 16 GB RAM, (27 * 8 = 216 job slots)
  • Non-dedicated:
    • Preemptible (non-dedicated): 1024 CPUs Dual Quad-core Xeon E5410
