Dcache 1.7 upgrade is completed in the CMS Tier-2 center at Purdue on December 15. And the testings indicate that dcap access, SRM access from and to worker nodes, and srmcp from a remote dCache all seem to work.  

RHEL4 has been installed on cluster CMS  and cluster Lear has upgraded to RHEL4.
