However PCN Staff cannot possible know everything about every product available for personal computing, especially if they do not use that product. Unfortunately PCN Staff also cannot continue to support products after which the company who developed that product stops supporting it themselves. This document describes which software products available for the Microsoft Windows operating system platform, including Microsoft's Windows operating system itself, which PCN Staff are most knowledgeable. PCN Staff can provide limited support for all other software packages designed for Microsoft's Windows operating system which are not listed.
