What scientific computing software is available at PCN?
On PCN research systems (amdahl), the following software packages are available for research computing:
- Mathematica
- Matlab
- Maple
- Compilers: gcc, g++, g77, IBM xlc and xlf
- Mn_fit fitting package
- Cernlibs
- Lapack, BLAS
- ROOT
- Java Development Kit
- PVM3 and MPICH parallel programming libraries.
- IMSL
- IBM ESSL Libraries
