Physics Accounts

Follow the directions below for having a new Physics user account created or to have an inactive account reactivated.

If you're new to Purdue or were previously affiliated with the University and your account is now inactive, the following information must be submitted to Debra Nahlik via email (dnahlik@purdue.edu) or in person in PHYS 217E. If Debra is not in, requests can be submitted to Jessie Arnold via email (jmore@purdue.edu).

• Relationship (IE: non-employee, employee, temporary)
• Last Name
• First Name
• Street Address
• City
• State
• Zip
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Social Security Number
  • This should not be sent via email and is ONLY required for Future Employees and Temporary Hires
• Expires
  • Only required for Non-Employees or Visiting Students
• Reason for Request
  • Only required for Non-Employees

If you already have a Purdue career account, have your advisor e-mail us by clicking here. Via this method, no form is needed. Fairly promptly you should become a full-fledged Physics family member, granting you the rights to use most Physics building PCs.
